RICK is looking for a creative and technical Associate Landscape Designer to join our Landscape Division in San Diego. If you are looking for a firm that combines the stability of 70+ years of industry leadership with a supportive, "family-feel" culture, this is your opportunity. This is an in office position.

About the Role: Our award-winning Landscape Architecture team collaborates on a diverse range of public and private sector projects, from community parks and urban streetscapes to large-scale master planned developments. We are seeking a candidate with a BA or BS in Landscape Architecture and 2 to 4 years of professional experience (or 6 years of equivalent work experience). In this role, you will work in a professional office environment, translating concepts into reality through the proficient production of landscape construction documents and high-quality graphic presentations. Success in this position requires a strong grasp of general design principles, a working knowledge of planting design, and the technical ability to execute.

What You Bring: You must be proficient with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite. To truly stand out, we are looking for candidates who can elevate our visual storytelling using SketchUp, Lumion, D5, Rhino, Adobe Illustrator, or similar rendering software. A clean driving record is required.

Compensation The salary range for this position is $71,760.00 to $76,960.00
