Details:
Cloud Data Engineer/Strong in Azure
Location - Weehawken NJ - Hybrid
Type: FTE / Direct Hire
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Data Engineer to join our team. As a Cloud Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and deploying data platforms on MS Azure. You should have strong experience with MS SQL and be familiar with AWS DynamoDB and IBM DB2. Knowledge of RDF/Ontologies is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing data platforms on MS Azure
  • Developing and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes
  • Ensuring data quality and security
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide solutions.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving data platform issues
  • Optimizing data storage and retrieval processes
  • Conducting performance tuning and optimization

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in designing and deploying data platforms on MS Azure
  • Strong knowledge of MS SQL and experience with AWS DynamoDB and IBM DB2
