Sunbelt Rentals--the fastest growing rental business in North America--is seeking a Scaffold Helper 1.

Scaffold Helper 1 will assist in the erection and dismantling of various types of scaffolding by passing material to other crew members from the ground level. Will also assist in the stacking of material for shipping, and keeping the work area safe, neat and orderly throughout the job.

Education or experience that prepares you for success:

  • Some trade school preferred but not required
  • No direct experience required (entry level), but Construction background helpful
  • Bilingual is a plus but not required

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on:

  • General knowledge of the different types and sizes of the scaffolding materials being used

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 40 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job. Base Pay Range: $17.75 - 19.23

Sunbelt also provides a comprehensive benefits package to its full-time employees. This package includes health, dental and vision plans, 401(k), volunteer time off, short-term and long-term disability, accident, life and travel insurance, as well as flexible spending, tuition reimbursement, college savings, EAP and length of service awards. You will become eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days from your start date. Sunbelt offers team members the following time off from work, subject to Sunbelt's policies: twelve to twenty-five vacation days depending on years of service; five sick days; six paid holidays, two paid half day holidays, two floating holidays, one inclusion day, and one volunteer day (unless specified in a collective bargaining agreement).
