What are per diem scaffold workers?

The term 'per diem' means 'per day,' indicating that these workers are typically paid a daily rate rather than a salary or hourly wage. Scaffold workers play a crucial role in ensuring safe and stable platforms for other workers to perform tasks at heights. Their responsibilities include following safety regulations, inspecting scaffolding equipment, and working in various weather conditions. Due to the temporary nature of their employment, they often work on multiple projects at different locations.

Building strong working relationships and maintaining flexibility are key to succeeding in this dynamic environment.
