Requirements Requirements

• Active Washington State Physical Therapist (PT) License
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program
• Minimum 1 year of recent PT experience, preferably in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or rehabilitation settings
• Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
