This is a full time-30 hour position in Moffat and Routt Counties. This position provides comprehensive coordinated and team based care preventive dental services to ethnically diverse patient populations across the lifespan.

Practice Highlights: Northwest Colorado Health supports community wellness through a range of health programs and services helping residents of all ages, income levels and cultures live as healthy as possible. Northwest Colorado Health (formerly Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association) was established in 1964 as a Home Health and Public Health agency in Routt and Moffat counties. We have grown significantly over the decades, expanding our services to include primary care at Community Health Centers in Steamboat Springs and Craig, a wide range of Prevention Services in Routt, Moffat, Rio Blanco and Jackson counties and Home Health and Hospice services in Routt and Moffat counties. In addition to our Community Health Centers, we operate Dental Clinics in Craig and Oak Creek, The Haven Assisted Living Facility and Community Center in Hayden and the Rollingstone Respite House in Steamboat Springs.

Community Highlights:

Education: Successful completion of a Dental School program including residency. Experience: Experience in dealing with medically underserved populations. Experience with Electronic Dental Records required; experience with Dentrix and eCW preferred. Two years post-graduate practice experience preferred. The salary range for this position is $60.49-$81.43 and is eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Long-Term Disability, Short-Term Disability, Paid Time Off and our 403(b) Retirement Plan.
