Responsibilities

The Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of Clinical Exercise Physiologists (CEP), Cardiac Monitor and Interpreting Technicians and Assistant Supervisors. The supervisor provides effective day-to-day oversight and management of the Integrated Stress Center and Cardiac Rehabilitation Program. This individual will coordinate the activities of the staff in daily clinical, education, and research efforts in a team-oriented environment. The supervisor must willingly and enthusiastically evaluate changes to optimize and progress the practices and the care of its patients. This individual must be able to work effectively with convergence efforts across the Enterprise.

Qualifications

Requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree with 4 years health related/clinical experience; or a high school diploma + 8 years health related/clinical experience. 

Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, independent problem-solving abilities, flexibility, positive attitude and be able to function as an effective team member. Must be able to multi-task efficiently and work independently. 

Licensure or Certification:

  • CRAT or CEP certification within 1 year of hire.

  • Current certification in Basic Life Support and/or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
