We are looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing Managerto lead our social and influencer marketing efforts in Saudi Arabia. This role will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of social channels and influencer partnerships, driving brand growth and consumer engagement in a fast-paced, start-up environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategy & Leadership
    • Develop and own the end-to-end social media and influencer strategy to strengthen brand positioning in KSA.
    • Lead influencer selection, negotiations, and long-term partnership development with creators and influencers.
    • Drive alignment of social and influencer marketing with broader brand and commercial objectives.
  • Campaign Execution
    • Oversee content calendar planning and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
    • Manage influencer activations, brand collaborations, and product seeding programs.
    • Collaborate with commercial, creative, performance, PR, and product team for 360 integrated campaigns.
  • Performance & Insights
    • Leverage data-driven decision-making to guide strategy, optimize campaigns, and ensure measurable impact.
    • Translate analytics into clear, actionable marketing plans and recommendations for future initiatives.
    • Define KPIs, track campaign ROI, and communicate performance insights to leadership.
    • Benchmark competitors and identify opportunities to keep the brand ahead of trends.

Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience in social media and influencer marketing within Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience in the cosmetic or beauty industry is a strong plus.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
  • Comfortable with start-up cultureagile, fast-moving, and resourceful.
  • Proactive and independent, with strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Highly data-driven, with proven ability to make decisions based on data insights and turn data into actionable marketing strategies.
