As a Mental Health Therapist, you will participate in a variety of significant responsibilities, including:

• Conducting psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, adolescents, and groups to determine appropriate therapy interventions.
• Completing initial comprehensive assessments that consider clients' environmental, social, and personal factors that may affect their mental health.
• Maintaining thorough and ethical documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and collaboration efforts, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
• Engaging with colleagues during patient rounds and care meetings, using your insights to enhance interdisciplinary care and improve treatment outcomes.
• Providing case management and connecting clients with community resources to support their recovery and achieve their personalized therapeutic goals.
• Implementing evidence-based interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to assist clients in overcoming specific challenges and to optimize their wellness.

Our patient population is diverse, comprising individuals from various backgrounds who struggle with mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex behavioral concerns. You will have the opportunity to work with clients of all ages, adapting your therapeutic approach to meet their unique needs and circumstances. Your role will involve creating tailored service plans that resonate with each client's goals and challenges.

• A valid mental health license in the state of Kansas (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, LSCSW) is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Commitment to working flexible hours, ranging from 10 to 40 sessions weekly, to meet the demands of our clients.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of two years of clinical experience within outpatient mental health settings. Experience in providing teletherapy and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems would be advantageous, as we utilize technology to streamline our practice and enhance patient care.

Compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
