SAP Project Manager (Kronos)
Location: Columbia, SC Hybrid. 4 Days Remote and 1 Day Onsite
Interview Process: 2 rounds, Virtual/Online
Duration: 12 MonthsEmployment Type: ContractExperience Required: 10+ Years
Candidate Location: Candidate MUST be a SC resident or willing to relocate to SC prior to starting the role at their own expense.
Project Scope:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Management professional with strong Kronos Workforce Management expertise to lead system support, implementation, integrations, and enhancement initiatives within a public sector environment.
Key Responsibilities:Lead SAP/Kronos project management and business process design initiatives
• Support and enhance Kronos Timekeeping and Advanced Scheduler applications
• Handle system configuration, troubleshooting, integrations, testing, deployments, and upgrades
• Manage Kronos dashboards, reporting, HyperFind, and statistical charts
• Coordinate with executive leadership, HR teams, and technical teams
• Monitor integrations, time clock connectivity, and overall system performance
• Lead testing activities, defect triage meetings, and release management
• Develop training materials, process documentation, and user guides
• Work directly with Kronos Global Support for issue resolution and enhancements
• Ensure successful SAP Public Sector implementation and project delivery
Required Skills & Experience:
• 10+ Years of SAP Project Management experience in Public Sector
• 3+ Years of Full Cycle SAP Public Sector Implementations
• Strong experience with Kronos Workforce Management systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
