SAP PMMO/Project System Consultant
Location: St. Louis, Missouri (Onsite)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA PMMO/Project Systems Consultant to support an aerospace and defense program. The consultant will support ongoing operations within a secure environment while also contributing to the design, build, testing, and deployment of capabilities for future releases. This role is primarily focused on PMMO, Project Systems, and project accounting processes. The consultant will serve as a functional SME supporting business users, production operations, testing activities, and release delivery efforts across the program lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the PMMO and Project Systems functional SME supporting business users and operations in the secure environment.
• Support requirements, solution design, build, testing, and release activities for future program increments.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment activities, production support, and defect resolution.
• Develop and deliver user guides, training materials, and end-user support.
• Plan and coordinate PMMO-related deployment and cutover activities.
• Understand business processes and application functions.

Required Qualifications

• Natural-born U.S. citizen with no dual citizenship.
• Based in the St. Louis, MO area, or willing to travel to St. Louis weekly (Monday-Friday) and work onsite full-time (40 hours per week).
• Deep SAP S/4HANA PMMO and Project Systems expertise, including SAP PMMO, SAP Project Systems (PS), Grouping, Pegging, and Distribution (GPD), Project Cost Collection and Financial Reporting, and Material Cost Visibility and Reporting in PMMO-enabled environments.
• At least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation project experience.
• Strong understanding of PMMO integration with manufacturing, procurement, inventory, and finance.
• Strong troubleshooting, defect analysis, business support, configuration, and testing skills.
• Strong business process understanding and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Aerospace and Defense industry experience.
• Experience supporting secure environments.
• Experience supporting project-based manufacturing or defense programs.
• Experience supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
