Senior SAP Commerce (Hybris) Functional Consultant 

Austin, TX/Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)

Serve as the functional anchor, deeply understanding clients'' unique B2B ecosystem and architecting functional requirements that align with global business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Act as the primary functional expert, partnering with business stakeholders to perform detailed system analysis and gather complex requirements. Translate these into comprehensive functional and technical specifications.

·        System Configuration & Design: Lead hands-on configuration efforts for large-scale, global SAP Commerce implementations, ensuring best practices and optimal system performance.

·        Work in lockstep with Technical, DevOps, QA, and external organizational teams to guide the seamless design, development, and deployment of SAP Commerce functionalities.

·        Drive the lifecycle of SAP Commerce initiatives specifically tailored for complex B2B channels, ensuring alignment with broader corporate strategies.

·        Seamlessly interact with and influence multiple organizations and business units across a global enterprise to ensure successful, on-time project delivery in the e-commerce space.

Required Qualifications:

·        8+ years of proven experience as an SAP Commerce (Hybris) Functional Analyst/Consultant.

·        Successfully completed at least TWO (2) full life-cycle implementations of B2B SAP Commerce.

·        Must have completed at least ONE (1) major implementation for a global, multi-national corporation.

·        Deep functional expertise in SAP B2B, SAP Hybris, and general SAP Functional consulting.

·        Strong, practical understanding of SAP Commerce Backoffice, DataHub, and CPQ modules.

·        Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical business leaders clearly.

·        Proven track record of thriving in cross-functional team environments with excellent configuration and development oversight skills.
