- Lead design and solutioning workshops covering SMS, interruptible service, and specialized rate contract riders
- Partner with developers and Product Owners to convert utility business requirements into precise technical configurations
- Review AI-generated base requirements to surface gaps and capture edge-case rate logic scenarios
- Drive Functional Unit Testing (FUT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) while owning defect resolution across billing modules
