Mini-Circuits' sells its products to over 20,000 customers globally through our direct sales force, applications engineering staff, sales representatives, as well as through our extensive website.
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP ERP Manager to lead the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of SAP ERP systems for our global discrete manufacturing operations in the high-tech industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP modules relevant to manufacturing, supply chain, and finance, with a focus on driving operational efficiency, scalability, and innovation. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills to manage a global team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Salary Range: $145,000 - $160,000 per year
Job Function:
  • SAP ERP Strategy & Leadership:
    • Define and execute the SAP ERP roadmap aligned with the company's business goals and manufacturing objectives.
    • Lead the global SAP team, including functional and technical consultants, to ensure successful delivery of projects and support.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation.
  • Implementation & Optimization:
    • Oversee the implementation of SAP ERP modules (e.g., PP, MM, SD, WM, QM, FI/CO) for discrete manufacturing processes.
    • Ensure seamless integration of SAP with other enterprise systems (e.g., MES, PLM, CRM).
    • Continuously optimize SAP configurations to improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance data accuracy.
  • Business Process Alignment:
    • Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
    • Standardize and streamline global manufacturing processes using SAP best practices.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage end-to-end SAP projects, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
    • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and milestones.
  • Support & Training:
    • Oversee the SAP support team to resolve issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
    • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure end-users are proficient in SAP systems.
    • Maintain system documentation and ensure knowledge transfer within the team.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
    • Manage relationships with SAP vendors, consultants, and third-party service providers.
    • Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment and consistency in SAP processes and systems.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP ERP implementation and management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in the discrete manufacturing sector, preferably in the high-tech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as PP (Production Planning), MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), WM (Warehouse Management), QM (Quality Management), and FI/CO (Finance and Controlling).
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
  • Global project management experience, including working with cross-cultural teams.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and financial operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • SAP certification in relevant modules is a plus.
  • PMP or other project management certifications are desirable.
