Role Overview
This hybrid leadership role bridges enterprise stability and cutting-edge innovation. The Enterprise Systems & AI Solutions Engineer serves as the strategic owner of core business systems including SAP ERP and Procurement platforms while leading digital transformation initiatives across the organization. This position combines enterprise application management with hands-on development of AI-powered analytics solutions, intelligent agents, and modern reporting platforms that enable business users to make faster, data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as primary point of contact and functional lead for SAP ERP (HR/Finance) and Procurement systems.
  • Support rollout and adoption of global initiatives including G-ERP and SuccessFactors.
  • Collaborate with HQ teams and vendors to resolve technical issues and align local operations with global IT strategy.
  • Maintain enterprise data integrity, system reliability, integrations, and user support processes.
  • Design and develop custom analytics applications using Python, Django, and FastAPI technologies.
  • Build AI-driven agents leveraging OpenAI, Claude, and related frameworks to automate reporting and insight generation.
  • Modernize dashboards and reporting using Streamlit, Dash, React, or similar technologies.
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for secure access to internal knowledge and documentation.
  • Develop SQL-based data pipelines and system integrations through RESTful APIs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and AI innovation.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable technology solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects while ensuring delivery timelines and quality objectives are met.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years of enterprise IT experience.
  • Functional knowledge of SAP Finance and ERP platforms.
  • Experience with AI and Python application development.
  • Knowledge of SQL, data pipelines, RESTful APIs, and system integrations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with OpenAI APIs, Anthropic Claude, or similar AI frameworks.
  • Experience building AI agents and generative AI applications.
  • Experience with Streamlit, Dash, React, or other dashboard frameworks.

Salary Range: $103,170 - $158,873
