SAP ERP is an enterprise resource planning software developed by SAP SE that helps organizations manage their business processes in an integrated way. Transitioning into a SAP ERP role from a non-SAP background often involves adapting to a steep learning curve, particularly in understanding SAP's specialized modules and terminology. However, most organizations provide structured onboarding and training programs, and teamwork is encouraged to help new hires collaborate with experienced SAP professionals. Over time, hands-on experience and mentorship can help bridge knowledge gaps and increase confidence in daily responsibilities.
