Job description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with company’s products and services. Operating with minimal supervision, you will be responsible for making critical decisions that directly impact customer satisfaction and contribute to our company’s success.


Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary communications channel between company and our customers.

• Handle customer orders in the most efficient manner, including goods returns, tracking, billing and communication/updates.

• Responsible for Complaint Management, QNS maintenance and timely task coordination/completion

• Maintain the integrity of data for assigned customers and their products, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Ensure price accuracy in orders. Gap communication with Commercial Teams

Contribute to various business KPI`s and targets for NORAM

• Ensure process and business rule adherence and input for process improvements business rule updates.

• Responsible for contributions to solution management for all OTC process related issues and escalations

• Support in overdue collections and AR resolutions in cooperation with Account Manager and Group Finance


Qualifications:

• College Degree or equivalent experience

• 3 years of experience in customer service.

• Solid computer skills (SAP preferred, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Service orientation.

• Ability to plan efficiently and multi-task.

• Ability to work well in a team environment
