What you’ll do

  • Lead requirements gathering across core supply chain execution domains including SAP S/4HANA TM, BN4L, SAP S/4HANA EWM, S/4HANA OTC etc.
  • Define the “to-be” technology landscape, develop solution roadmaps, and design phased implementation strategies aligned to strategic business objectives across supply chain, planning, and execution.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed solution architecture deliverables supporting strategic transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Domain Architects (Data, Infrastructure, Application, Security) to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and system design principles.
  • Perform hands-on system configuration and solution design activities; document business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, and architecture designs.
  • Contribute to SAP thought leadership by delivering content-rich insights at customer engagements, industry events, and through digital media channels.

What you bring

  • Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM), including freight order management, carrier collaboration, planning & optimization, charge calculation, and settlement processes.
  • Strong understanding of Business Network for Logistics (BN4L), enabling real-time carrier collaboration, shipment visibility, dock scheduling, and logistics network integration.
  • 12+ years of implementation experience in SAP logistics execution project, and 7+ years of hands-on implementation experience in SAP S/4HANA TM and BN4L solutions.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end logistics integration architectures across S/4HANA, TM, EWM, and external systems.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP integration technologies, including SAP BTP Integration Suite, APIs, oData services, IDocs, and EDI-based connectivity.
  • Experience leveraging AI and advanced analytics in supply chain use cases such as predictive freight cost modeling, ETA prediction, anomaly detection, and automated exception management.
  • Ability to translate business transportation and logistics requirements into scalable solution architectures aligned with enterprise design standards.
  • Strong understanding of digital logistics trends, including network visibility, intelligent freight procurement, automation, and sustainability reporting.
  • Proven capability in root cause analysis and performance optimization within complex SAP logistics landscapes.
  • Executive-level communication skills with the ability to present technical architectures and transformation strategies to business and IT leadership.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience partnering across product, services, data, and architecture teams to drive customer value realization.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Expert-level knowledge in one of the programming languages, such as ABAP, Java, or Python

The targeted combined range for this position is 107,300 - 230,600 (USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
