Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP Analyst to support the design, implementation, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions, with a primary focus on Supply & Response Planning and Inventory Optimization. This individual will serve as a key contributor in driving planning process improvements while partnering with both technical and business stakeholders across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise, analytical capabilities, and leadership skills. Success in this role requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, communicate with diverse audiences, and develop innovative solutions that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and enhancement of SAP IBP Supply & Response Planning and Inventory Optimization solutions.
  • Support and maintain integrations across SAP IBP, SAP CPI-DS, SDI, and RTI platforms.
  • Define and maintain technical architecture standards and solution designs within the SAP planning landscape.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and sustainable system solutions.
  • Configure, enhance, troubleshoot, and maintain SAP IBP and CPI-DS environments.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices across planning processes and technologies.
  • Document business processes, technical designs, system configurations, and key project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams to ensure successful project execution and solution adoption.
  • Ensure planning solutions align with long-term enterprise technology strategies and business goals.
  • Stay current on SAP IBP functionality, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working with SAP IBP planning solutions.
  • Strong experience with:
    • SAP IBP Supply & Response
    • SAP IBP Inventory Optimization
    • SAP CPI-DS
  • 3-5 years of SAP ERP experience.
  • Experience supporting or implementing inventory optimization and supply planning solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, solution design, or application architecture.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
