Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and solution-oriented SAP Logistics Architect with over 12 years of experience in SAP logistics modules, including strong exposure to S/4HANA implementation and end-to-end AMS (Application Management Services) support. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of automotive supply chain processes, hands-on project experience, and the ability to lead both greenfield and brownfield transformation engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP logistics solutions (MM, SD, EWM, TM, PP) tailored for the automotive industry.
  • Serve as the architectural lead for S/4HANA transformation projects ensuring scalable, modular, and clean-core logistics designs.
  • Oversee end-to-end AMS delivery including incident management, root cause analysis, performance tuning, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with business and functional teams to define best practices and ensure system alignment with operational objectives.
  • Guide and support integration between logistics modules and third-party systems using CPI, IDocs, and EDI.
  • Drive service excellence and SLA adherence for ongoing AMS engagements identify automation and ticket reduction opportunities.
  • Act as a bridge between delivery, development, and client teams to streamline communication and resolution of logistics issues.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants, ensuring knowledge transfer and capability building within the AMS and project teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 12+ years of SAP experience in logistics modules (MM, SD, WM/EWM, TM, PP), with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
  • Proven experience supporting large-scale AMS operations for SAP logistics across global environments.
  • Deep industry experience in automotive OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers, with knowledge of processes such as JIT/JIS, ASN, vendor scheduling, and compliance.
  • Familiar with integration tools and processes, including SAP CPI, middleware, and EDI standards.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills with ability to handle both strategic discussions and operational escalations.
  • Understanding of SLA frameworks, ITIL practices, and continuous improvement in AMS delivery models.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s/master s in engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
