Overview

The SAP ESL Project Coordinator supports the successful delivery of SAP ESL implementation projects by coordinating project activities, tracking progress, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication across project teams and stakeholders. Working closely with Program Directors, Program Managers, Project Managers, business users, and cross-functional teams, this role helps ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Description:

  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities for SAP ESL implementations and rollouts.
  • Track project progress, milestones, risks, and issues, and provide regular status updates to project leadership.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
  • Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes and action items.
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, and reporting tools in collaboration with Project Managers.
  • Monitor project documentation, including functional specifications, SOPs, meeting notes, and project deliverables.
  • Ensure project documents are organized, updated, and stored in accordance with PMO standards.
  • Support risk and issue management by tracking actions and escalating concerns when necessary.
  • Assist in improving project management processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience coordinating IT projects or ERP implementation programs (SAP preferred; Oracle, Salesforce, or similar ERP experience also acceptable)
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience supporting global SAP implementation or rollout projects.
  • Familiarity with PMO governance, project reporting, and project documentation standards.
  • Knowledge of SAP implementation lifecycle and ERP project delivery best practices.
  • Bachelor's Degree
