Position Summary - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 12 months (can go up to 18 months) - Location: Milpitas, CA Hybrid (2-3 days on-site) - Compensation: Starting at $85/hr (W2 Only, No C2C/3rd Party)

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy tailored to SAP ERP transformation
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and manage engagement plans across business units and geographies
  • Lead the design and delivery of communication campaigns to build awareness and alignment
  • Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to assess change impacts and develop mitigation strategies
  • Partner with training teams to design and deliver SAP-specific enablement programs, including role-based training and job aids
  • Establish and monitor change adoption metrics, readiness assessments, and feedback loops
  • Identify and manage resistance to change, providing coaching and support to leaders and change agents
  • Ensure alignment between change management activities and overall program milestones
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in organizational development, business administration, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in change management, with at least 3 years supporting SAP ERP implementations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, ECC)
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., PMP, Prosci, ADKAR) strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules and their impact on business processes (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR)
  • Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in cross-functional, global, and matrixed environments
Preferred Skills
  • Masters degree or MBA
  • Experience with SAP Activate methodology and SAP Enable Now or similar tools
  • Familiarity with digital adoption platforms and LMS systems
