Senior Analyst SAP Business Intelligence


Job Description:

Senior Analyst SAP Business Intelligence positions offered by The Scotts Company LLC (Marysville, Ohio). Analyze, design, develop, configure and document reports for business users leveraging SAP Business Warehouse and other BI related tools. Work with business users to establish requirements for new reports and modify existing reports. Design, test and configure reports to business specifications. Troubleshoot issues on scheduled reports to diagnose and resolve. Research, diagnose and resolve issues with data loads, and report failures. Provide production support for existing BI environment, including but not limited to break fixes, daily job monitoring and intake of enhancement requests. Liaise with other functional towers to coordinate improvements or enhancements to existing data models. Run test scripts related to system maintenance and upgrades.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering or a related field and 4 years of experience using Business Warehouse data warehouse technology.

  • Must have 4 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Performing configuration, data modeling and report creation using SAP BI tools Business Objects (BO), Query Designer, BEx Analyzer, and WEBI (Web Intelligence);

  • Researching and resolving production issues and data load failures;

  • Resolving help desk issues related to BI reports and assisting business users; and

  • Utilizing SAP BW, SAP BO, SAP ABAP, and SAP HANA.

  • Must have 2 years of experience developing reports with Tableau

  • Position reports to Marysville, OH, but may telecommute from any location in the U.S.

  • Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.

We are offering a salary of $125,000 to $147,100 per year.
