Job description

The work

The SAP Sales & Distribution Consultant will support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of SAP SD modules. This resource is responsible for the creation and maintenance of Sales Documents, Deliveries, and Billing.

Key responsibilities:

  • Configure and optimize SAP SD modules to support end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes
  • Gather business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and design scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals
  • Lead testing activities to ensure system accuracy and process reliability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve integration issues and improve process efficiency
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot system defects, and deliver training and documentation to end users for successful system adoption

 

Here's what you need:

  • 4+ years of experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) related to the creation maintenance of Sales Documents, Deliveries, and Billing
  • 4 + years SAP ECC Order Management experience
  • Knowledge of SAP Material Master Conversion
  • Expertise in SAP SD resource-related billing and order management
  • Experience with SD aspects related to Configuration, Master Data and Reporting
  • Subject matter expertise of Pricing related to Condition Table, Condition Type, Access Sequence, Pricing Procedure, Chargeback, and Rebates
  • Knowledge in Available to Promise (ATP) process related to Back Order processing, Production Allocation, and Order Scheduling
  • Experience developing test strategies and managing large complex test efforts

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning
