Job description

Principal IT Architect will provide technical expertise in analyzing, planning, implementing, and executing business-specific processes using SAP methodologies, integrations, software tools and applications. The position supports the business by solving issues they encounter in the applications and processes they work with. In addition, candidates will utilize his/her applications knowledge to analyze how to help the business by making better use of existing/additional application functionalities.

This position is responsible for developing, maintaining & coordination of multiple applications within the SAP domain including working on S4 HANA, ABAP, UI5 and FIORI. This position is under the Enterprise IT function and will interact with & primarily support key business stakeholders performing by Architecting and Designing solutions. The role will provide input into the overall roadmap SAP in Honeywell and help design / build architecturally sound and maintainable solutions to meet business objectives, while partnering with Operations team to ensure a stable environment. The role will lead project delivery by displaying sound functional and technical proficiency across all stages of the project lifecycle, along with technical expertise and hands on work to meet project milestones.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 12+ years of technical/functional experience within SAP with expertise in ABAP, interfaces, BAPIs, BADIs, PDF forms, Solution manager and Advanced Debugging skills.
  • 5 + years of hands-on technical experience and expertise with S4 HANA, UI5 and FIORI.
  • Fluent in ABAP Cloud, ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model(RAP), Core Data Services (CDS)Core Data Services (CDS) Views, In-App Extensibility, Side-by-Side Extensibility, SAP Forms service by Adobe (ADS), SAP Flexible Workflow
  • 3+ years of hands-on Greenfield S4 implementation experience
  • Experienced in AGILE and DEVOPS environment
  • Experienced in doing Solution Architecture.
