- Implement architecture blueprints and patterns that align with modern and evolving design principles, promote the development of reusable frameworks to help accelerate the time to market, and provide thought leadership to the enterprise on key industry and technology trends.
- Collaborate with Product teams to ensure completeness and common understanding of product vision, roadmap & requirements.
- Act as a thought leader, aligning with architects and senior technologists on proper architecture and design.
- Ensure that technical performance and reliability of products, systems and services meet identified industry standard
- Plan and execute S/4 HANA technical upgrades and patches to the system by assisting in researching technological advancements to ensure that solutions are continuously improved, supported and aligned with industry and company standards.
- Assist in the analysis of new and existing architectures to ensure IT platforms meet reliability expectations to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an efficient and reliable ERP landscape preferably in SAP. Participate in the definition of KPI and their respective metrics.
- Enforce governance of the standards and bring visibility to customizations and deviations.
- Drive harmonized industry-best practice process across all business functions and geographies
- Collaborate within the different workstreams and project team members to resolve conflicts, issues, and deviations and drive them to resolution
Qualifications:
- Significant experience designing high-volume applications at-scale.
- Comprehensive knowledge of security design principles, architectures, security vulnerabilities, and remediations.
- Hands-on experience in any ERP solutions preferably SAP
- Hands-on experience in any Cloud preferably Azure
- AWS or Azure Certification is a plus
- Global S4 HANA implementation
- Expert in supporting Accounting, Finance, Tax. Treasury Procure to Pay and Order to Cash.
- Experience with large, complex projects with multi-system integration and process flows
- Knowledge of implementing backups, disaster recovery planning and testing
- Experience in formulating recommendations and options based upon analysis, data and input from users, business unit management and other technical staff
- Outstanding Leadership and Motivational Skills - possess excellent interpersonal, relationship building and influencing skills.
- Possess a willingness to empower and an ability to inspire commitment and a positive attitude in large teams.
