We're seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead the startup and ongoing operation of our frac sand mining and processing facility. If you have a proven track record of leading teams and optimizing performance in mining, aggregate, or other heavy industrial processing environments, we want to hear from you!

• Lead all mining and processing operations, including mining, screening, drying, storage, and loadout.
• Develop production schedules to maximize efficiency and meet customer demand.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team focused on safety and continuous improvement.
• Ensure product quality through rigorous testing and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage budgets, operating costs, inventory, and logistics to achieve financial and operational goals.
• Maintain compliance with MSHA, environmental regulations, and company safety policies.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of plant or mining operations management experience; frac sand or aggregate experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams and improving operational performance.
  • Strong knowledge of frac sand processing, material handling systems, and plant equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field or equivalent industry experience.
  • MSHA Part 46 certification or the ability to obtain it.
