Job Description

Support overall TEMS service including; but not limited to: 

Telecom Invoice Validation and Payment Processing 

Raw Data Validation and Cost Allocation 

Telecom Cost and Invoice Analysis 

Cost and Plan Analysis and Optimization

Wireless Asset and Inventory Management 

Process Monthly Reports and Business Executive Reports 

Update Asset Inventories: Collect & Distribute Assets 

Assist End Users with Inquiries: Function Capability, Carrier Inquiries 

Contact wireless carrier to process daily orders and transactions 

Management System Operation and Processing

Carrier Mgmt, Cost Mgmt, Service Mgmt, System Mgmt, Inventory Mgmt

Frequent communication with wireless carriers and Samsung employees.

Dedicated onsite support will work with CA, TX and NJ Wireless team to support customers closely.


Qualifications

Associate's Degree or higher 

3 ~ 5 Years of mobility/telecom cost analysis and optimization

Previous experience of working with enterprise level telecom/mobility carrier contacts.

Dependable and Responsible professional who is seeking to enhance carrier/skills in wireless       telecommunication field. 

Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and writing) and have flexibility to support the customers' needs.

Must be an excellent team player as individual's R&R interlinks with overall team's R&R. 

Need to have basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Training will be provided on internal system and daily transactions.
