[Duties and Responsibilities]

  • Reviewing weekly HHP PO SKU lists after GSCM 2nd MP update and communicate with each account team to confirm and provide feedback to GOC/Factory in weekly basis
  • Monitoring production schedule to coordinate manage inbound status in daily basis on both FG and bulk shipment as planned including follow up communication GOC team in Suwon office
  • Work with PKG planning team to ensure weekly PKG qty is aligned with weekly PSOP
  • Working closely with MPC packaging plan and coordinate with Account and DF team to meet weekly/monthly sell in
  • Manage and tracking monthly Unavailable EOH/Aging depletion process to consolidate account team's depletion plan and monitor depletion status including 'Unavailable inventory' thru CRN, RB, and Scrap and proactive to consumption of bulk (SM2/3) EOH prior to get aged
  • Reviewing and update a status of previous week's RTF setback and distribute weekly report including reasons to HQ in Suwon office
  • Provide weekly update on assigned category supply status and support weekly SCM day meeting content. Publish weekly reports, assist with projects, and perform ad-hoc analyses as business need arises
  • New HHP launch Planning Tracker Management support
  • AI related project support
  • Collaborate with team and provide backup when necessary

[Skills & Qualifications]

  • Bachelor's degree in business, data science, supply chain, or related field is preferred
  • 0-3 years of experience
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent Attention to Detail
  • Excellent Communications skills (written, verbal)
  • Bilingual English/Korean (speak, read, write) preferred
  • The ability to work either independently or in a team environment to achieve personal and team goals.
