Job description

Position Summary

This role will be responsible for supporting key processes including Demand Planning to manage (Total) Weeks of Supply and Channel Inventory, driving PSI process with Product Managers and Key Account Managers, and overseeing logistical process with Supply Chain and factory teams for timely delivery.

1. Prepare material for Demand Planning (PSI) and business update meetings in which critical supply and demand issues are discussed for decisions

2. Perform planning to secure sales and production visibility through improvement and stabilization of logic that provides Return to Forecast (RTF)

3. Analyze problems in the Supply Chain by managing mid to long-term demand and resources in advance in order to establish optimal supply chain.

4. Perform supply management with consideration for lead time of each country/region in order to prevent and manage aging stock in conjunction with the sales team

5. Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline supply chain processes, reduce manual efforts, and improve efficiency.

6. Utilize data analytics and programming skills to enhance demand forecasting models and optimize inventory management.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation tools and technologies into supply chain operations.

Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • +2 years of professional experience with 1+ year in Supply Chain Management
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or related study preferred.
  • Microsoft Office proficient, particularly advanced Excel skills
  • SAP / Inventory planning up to 30 weeks out
  • Proficiency in leveraging Large Language Model (LLM) tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) to enhance supply chain processes, improve decision-making, and automate workflows is a plus.
  • Experience in data analysis, machine learning, or process automation is highly desirable.
