Role and Responsibilities

This role focuses on managing and optimizing supply chain processes in Plano, Texas. The Supply Chain professional will ensure efficient logistics planning, inventory management, and delivery coordination to meet business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and analyze demand forecasts, inventory levels, and delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues and ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and suppliers to optimize logistics processes.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in supply chain or logistics management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP ERP or similar systems.

Skills and Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the consumer electronics or retail industry.
  • Familiarity with global supply chain operations and logistics.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
