Job description

Skyline offers analytical services to the mining industry. When a mine wants to know if they have copper, gold or silver in their soil they send us samples in the form of core or rock ship.

Sample Prep Technicians: receive the samples of core, rock ship, or soil. These samples are split, crushed, and pulverized to create a powder-size sample.

2nd shift, M-F, $17.25 +0.65 differential, 1:30p-10:00p, option for volutnary OT on Saturdays

This labor-intensive position requires prolonged periods of standing, bending, and lifting up to 65 pounds.

Employees in this position are exposed to powder dust and are required to wear a respirator and personal protective equipment provided by the company.

Outdoor and Indoor work environment.
