Floral Sample Room Associate

???? Full-Time | Fast-Paced Manufacturing Environment

PPC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Floral Sample Room Associate to support our sales, customer service, and production teams by preparing product samples and mockups for customers and internal projects. This position plays an important role in helping showcase our products while ensuring sample requests are completed accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate enjoys staying organized, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. This role combines administrative, warehouse, and creative support responsibilities within a floral packaging manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Pull and prepare product samples accurately based on customer requests and internal needs
  • Create sample sets, mockups, and presentation materials for customer approvals and sales meetings
  • Package and process outbound sample shipments using FedEx Ship Manager, DHL, and related shipping systems
  • Track sample requests, shipping details, and inventory using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Maintain organization and inventory control within the sample room
  • Communicate proactively with sales, customer service, and operations teams regarding timelines and sample status
  • Ensure all sample requests are completed accurately and shipped on schedule
  • Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked sample room environment
  • Support additional projects and departmental needs as assigned
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
