Administrative Assistant (FL, Pensacola)

At Five Star BreakTime solutions, the Office Adminstrative Assistant position will assist in customer service, administrative support, data entry and support to various departments and managers. Attention to detail and an excellent level of accuracy are critical for success in this support position. Excellent multi-level verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Inventory/Data assistance to the Warehouse Manager
  • Input daily invoices
  • New planogram entry & review of market planograms created by market support
  • Assist with planogram changes & promotional compliance
  • Asset assignment
  • Money Room responsibilities:
    • Merchandiser Check-In
    • Issuance of petty funds
    • Documentation of movement
    • Research shortages
  • Assist with compliance
  • Issue Nayax devices and tracking swaps/installs
  • Provision of screen cloud devices
  • Swipe Clock management
  • Assist with payroll data entry (PTO, sick, absences)
  • Answer phone calls and emails (Customer Service Support)
  • Assign & follow up on service calls

Qualifications:
  • Ability to learn new software applications easily.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Planning, organizing and time management skills.
  • Information gathering and planning skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Good keyboarding skills
  • Team player - must work well with others.
  • Confidentiality
  • Must be Proficient in Microsoft Excel, word etc.

Education/Experience :
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar administrative support role.

Requirements:
  • Must be able to pass drug screening.
  • Must be able to pass Microsoft Excel assessment.
  • Must be able to consent to a background check.

Position Information:
  • Status: Full-Time
  • Hours: Monday-Friday (7:30am-4:30pm)
  • Pay: $17.00(Hourly)
