Job Summary

Per Diem Days- Day shift, Per Diem, FTE 0.1 - breast center hours are Mon-Fri, must be open to some of these days. 7:30am to 4pm. must be open to some of these days.

Job Summary:

Operates Ultrasound equipment to perform a variety of Imaging procedures including recordings for the diagnosis of breast disease. Assists Radiologist with invasive procedures. Attends to direct and indirect patient care needs to ensure successful completion of requested imaging procedures. Prepares room, supplies, and equipment for patient and physician needs. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:

Graduate of an accredited program for Ultrasonography

Licenses/Certifications:

· American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) 

· Breast Ultrasound registry (Must obtain registry within 1 year of date of hire.) 

· Current CPR (BCLS) certification
