Key Responsibilities:
- Provide private, group, and clinic tennis lessons for players of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced.
- Design and implement tailored lesson plans to meet the individual needs and goals of each player.
- Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere on and off the court to encourage member participation and enjoyment.
- Assist with the planning and execution of tennis events, tournaments, and social activities.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of the latest tennis techniques, training methods, and industry trends to deliver innovative and effective instruction.
- Help with the upkeep of the tennis courts, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for members.
- Collaborate with the Tennis Director to promote the tennis program and increase member engagement.
