Job description

Portfolio Managers: Be Ready When the Right Opportunity Comes Along

Portfolio managers play a vital role in supporting commercial lending teams, managing client relationships, monitoring credit quality, and helping ensure a strong customer experience.

As community banks continue to grow and compete for talent, experienced portfolio managers remain highly valued for their ability to balance relationship management with risk oversight.

If you've built your career in portfolio management and enjoy working closely with lenders and clients, I'd welcome the opportunity to learn more about your background.

About Highland Consulting Group

At Highland Consulting Group, we partner exclusively with community banks and credit unions throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, West Virginia, and New York.

Every day, we're talking with bank presidents, hiring managers, lenders, and executive leaders about growth plans, succession planning, and upcoming hiring needs. Because of those conversations, we often know about opportunities before they're publicly advertised.

What That Means for You

Whether you're actively exploring your next opportunity or simply want to stay informed about the market, I'd welcome the opportunity to get to know you. Understanding your experience, goals, and what would make a move worthwhile allows me to keep an ear to the ground on your behalf and reach out when the right opportunity comes along.
