We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, ( Bilingual candidates Spanish & English ) ( Salary + Commission.) you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting them with their shopping needs. You will play a key role in driving sales and creating a positive shopping experience in our store environment. Salary + Commission.


Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products, utilizing upselling techniques to enhance sales.
  • Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card processing, while maintaining a balanced cash register.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of service.
