Great news! Schillings is currently looking for a Retail Sales Specialist at our Mokena IL location. This position is full-time with opportunities for advancement and excellent benefits. A typical schedule would be Monday through Saturday with a day off during the week. No nights, no Sundays. Apply today!
Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with walk-in customers to enhance sales opportunities
  • Communicate with Purchasing any needs for special products
  • Responsible for accurately estimating building products
  • Investigate and answer complex questions and inquiries within the framework of the sales function
  • Regularly work to develop relationships over time that will provide significant input to planning strategies
  • Occasionally serve as a team member on special projects
  • Collect, analyze, and report sales data and information (quotes, estimates, bids)
  • Be innovative and provide suggestions for improvement across the company
  • Plan how to establish and maintain major account relationships and meet personal sales targets within the full line of products or combination of products
  • Provide training, guidance and assistance to new or less experienced staff
  • Build sales and meet sales goals
