  • Partners with sales management to improve CRM visibility into pipeline activity, rep performance, campaign progress, and key operational metrics.

Requirements

  • Previous Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, CRM administration, or related operational support experience preferred.
  • Salesforce experience required, including comfort navigating records, leads, campaigns, tasks, reports, dashboards, and list views.
  • Experience building, maintaining, and interpreting Salesforce reports and dashboards required.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify data issues, reporting gaps, workflow inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to support training, process documentation, and cross-functional follow-up.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and the ability to organize, analyze, and present data clearly.
  • Ability to manage recurring tasks, support multiple priorities, follow direction, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
