Job Overview:

Pay Range: $45hr - $50hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex (classes & triggers).
  • Utilize Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura Components and Visualforce pages.
  • Customize standard and custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
  • Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft).
  • Develop reusable and scalable solutions aligned with best practices.
  • Perform data migration and data quality checks using tools like Data Loader.
  • Troubleshoot bugs, optimize code performance, and ensure system stability.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, admins, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Write unit tests and maintain code coverage (>75%).
  • Maintain technical documentation and participate in code reviews.
