Job Description 
Roles and Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration
  • Provide daily Salesforce administrative support, including:
    • User provisioning
    • Profile and permission management
    • Security configuration
  • Implement small to medium-sized enhancements, including:
    • Page layout updates
    • Salesforce Flows
    • Process automation changes
    • Minor data model adjustments
  • Monitor and maintain data quality, including:
    • Duplicate prevention
    • Data hygiene
    • Validation activities
Salesforce Platform Support
  • Support functionality across Salesforce orgs using:
    • Public Sector Solutions
    • Experience Cloud
    • Service Cloud
    • Sales Cloud
  • Troubleshoot user issues and escalate complex concerns when appropriate.
  • Update and maintain reports and dashboards based on agency requirements.
  • Stay informed about Salesforce releases and recommend platform improvements where appropriate.
Business & Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Collaborate with agency partners to gather business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable Salesforce configuration tasks.
