Salesforce Developers in full-time roles at large organizations often encounter challenges such as managing complex integrations with legacy systems and ensuring customization aligns with business processes. They may also need to balance multiple stakeholder requirements, navigate frequent platform updates, and maintain data security compliance. Effective communication with cross-functional teams and staying updated on Salesforce releases are essential to overcoming these challenges and delivering robust, scalable solutions.

What does a Salesforce Developer do?

A Salesforce Developer designs, builds, and customizes applications on the Salesforce platform to meet specific business needs.
