About The Job You're Considering

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team. This role is a senior development and supervisory position responsible for leading the day-to-day activities of the development team while acting as the primary technical authority on projects.

The Technical Lead collaborates closely with the Project Manager and Technical Architect, actively participates in Agile ceremonies, drives best practices, and ensures high-quality solution delivery. In addition to leadership responsibilities, the role requires hands-on development and maintaining expertise equivalent to a Senior Salesforce Developer.

Your Role
  • Lead and supervise daily activities of the Salesforce development team
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for the project
  • Collaborate with Project Manager and Technical Architect to deliver solutions
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Perform code reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and adherence to standards
  • Identify and resolve technical roadblocks and guide team members
  • Contribute to hands-on development when required
  • Define, enforce, and continuously improve development standards and best practices
  • Manage version control processes using Git (branching, merging, releases)
  • Support release planning and execution
Your Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
  • 2+ years of experience in a Technical Lead or team leadership role
  • Expertise in:Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC),Lightning Flows
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce core platform capabilities and customization
  • Proficiency in Git, including branching strategies and merge management
  • Experience with modern JavaScript and related libraries
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor developers
  • Experience leading Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning and stand-ups

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer, B2B Commerce)
  • Experience with:Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities),Salesforce CMS & Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Exposure to multi-cloud Salesforce implementations

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $193,440
