ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and enhance scalable Salesforce solutions across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and Marketing Cloud. The role requires deep expertise in Apex, Lightning technologies, Salesforce DevOps, integrations, and healthcare-focused platform development while ensuring secure, scalable, and high-quality enterprise solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Develop and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Aura Components, and Lightning Pages.

·         Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and business stakeholders to validate requirements and technical designs.

·         Build and maintain integrations using Salesforce APIs with enterprise applications.

·         Optimize SOQL queries, governor limits, batch processing, and platform performance.

·         Implement secure, scalable solutions following Salesforce and healthcare best practices.

·         Own release planning, CI/CD pipelines, environment management, and deployment activities.

·         Maintain automated testing frameworks using Provar, Selenium, or Apex test frameworks.

·         Mentor junior developers and perform peer code reviews.

·         5+ years of Salesforce Development experience
