Salesforce Administrator

About the Role

We are working with a client seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator for a full-time, direct hire opportunity. This is a fully remote position open to candidates across the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer the Salesforce platform across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other applicable clouds
  • Configure and maintain users, roles, profiles, permission sets, page layouts, workflows, and validation rules
  • Design and implement custom objects, fields, record types, and relationships to support business processes
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support sales, operations, and leadership decision-making
  • Manage data quality including data imports, deduplication, and ongoing data integrity initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and operations to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Evaluate and manage AppExchange applications and third-party integrations
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and respond to user support requests
  • Document configurations, processes, and system changes thoroughly
  • Train and support end users on Salesforce features and best practices
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases and evaluate new features for adoption

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator credential required
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and core platform capabilities
  • Experience with flows, process builder, and workflow automation
  • Proficiency with Salesforce reports and dashboards
