Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong healthcare domain experience for a long-term remote opportunity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable Salesforce solutions, leading architecture discussions, and driving end-to-end implementation initiatives across healthcare-focused business environments.

The candidate should possess deep expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, integrations, security, and healthcare workflows while collaborating with business stakeholders, development teams, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce architecture solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead Salesforce implementation, integration, migration, and enhancement projects.
  • Work closely with healthcare business teams to understand workflows, compliance requirements, and operational needs.
  • Define architecture standards, best practices, and governance models.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external healthcare systems.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
  • Ensure platform security, scalability, reliability, and compliance standards.
