SAYN is opening its first retail location: a luxury beauty store featuring high-end skincare, esthetician treatment rooms, and a dynamic brand-activation space.
Were hiring an experienced Store Manager to help build this flagship from the ground up.
What Youll Do
Lead daily retail + spa operations and ensure a seamless luxury customer experience
Hire, train, and manage the in-store team (sales associates & estheticians)
Drive sales through clientele, service excellence, and strong product knowledge
Oversee scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and store presentation
Support in-store events, brand activations, and partner trainings
Provide weekly performance insights to leadership
Who You Are
3+ years management experience in beauty retail or luxury consumer goods.
Spa management experience a plus.
