About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
The Experience
The Agentforce Operations Sales team is at the forefront of Salesforce's AI transformation, helping enterprises across Automotive, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Financial Services, Energy, EMEA Supply Chain, Technology, and Consumer Goods radically scale their operations using autonomous agents. As a Strategic Sales Director, you will lead, develop, and inspire a team of eight quota-carrying Account Executives - setting strategy, coaching high-stakes deals, and driving Agentforce Operations revenue growth across some of Salesforce's most strategic verticals.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
  • Lead and develop a team of eight Account Executives across Automotive, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Financial Services, Energy, EMEA Supply Chain, Technology, and Consumer Goods - coaching them through complex, multi-stakeholder AI transformation deals and holding them accountable to pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Define and execute a vertical sales strategy for the Agentforce Operations product suite, identifying opportunities to penetrate the existing Salesforce customer base and land new logos across your team's covered industries.
  • Engage directly alongside your AEs with C-suite, Operations, IT, and Customer Experience stakeholders at strategic accounts - helping to accelerate high-value deals, remove blockers, and position outcome-based AI solutions.
  • Build a high-performance team culture by partnering cross-functionally with solution engineering, AI specialists, marketing, and customer success to give your AEs everything they need to win.

You're Our Person If...
  • You have 10+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software or technology sales experience in SaaS, AI automation, robotic process automation (RPA), business process automation (BPA), or cloud enterprise solutions - with at least 2+ years directly managing and developing a team of Account Executives.
  • You bring deep industry expertise in at least one of the verticals your team covers: Automotive, Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS), Financial Services, Energy, Technology, or Consumer Goods - and you know how to coach your team to sell into the rest.
  • You have a track record of leading sellers through complex, long-cycle enterprise deals, coaching on value-based and solution selling methodologies, and helping your team articulate the ROI of autonomous digital workers to C-suite audiences.
  • Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)

Even Better If...
  • You have experience leading sales teams across the Salesforce ecosystem, working alongside core Account Executives to generate new logos and grow existing customer footprints.
  • You have familiarity with AI technologies, large language models (LLMs), autonomous agent architectures, and data orchestration platforms such as Salesforce Data Cloud or MuleSoft - and knowledge of the competitive AI agent and automation landscape.

Unleash Your Potential
When you join Salesforce, you'll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we'll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future - but to redefine what's possible - for yourself, for AI, and the world.
