Job Summary:
Spark Tek Inc is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to advance their Digital capabilities in alignment with their growth strategy. This role focuses on enhancing client-facing digital sales channels and self-service capabilities through the development of high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Developing features and capabilities for end users, either external clients or internal employees.
โ€ข Developing software solutions that are high performing and meet technical standards.
โ€ข Writing high-quality code that satisfies clientsโ€™ needs and strives for simplicity, clarity, and testability.
โ€ข Promoting a collaborative team environment and work closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
โ€ข Collaborating with stakeholders (e.g. business stakeholders, product managers, product owners, project managers, and end users) to understand functional and non-functional requirements.
โ€ข Adhering to architecture, design, implementation, and security standards and best practices.
โ€ข Participating in code reviews or use collaborative programming techniques to promote high quality business outcomes.
โ€ข Conducting analysis to determine integration needs, and design and plan integrations.
โ€ข Implement automated unit and integration tests and conduct functional and performance testing where appropriate.
โ€ข Developing reusable software building blocks to enable faster delivery.
