The Lead Software Developer is part of a team of full time employees and consulting resources that are the driving force of innovation for the Salesforce environment. The team is divided into multiple Scrum teams and work closely with product owners and Scrum Masters to build amazing platform features and functions to help our business grow. Your job as a Lead Software Developer is to have the dual role of being an expert Salesforce developer and an excellent mentor and coach ensuring each sprint adds business value and meets long term corporate goals.

ย Major Responsibilities:ย 

Participate in software development on theย Salesforce.comย platform using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Work in a team using ETL technologies to migrate data from legacy systems to the Salesforce data model.

Translate simple to complex user stories into functional and actionable software within the Salesforce environment.

Be a master of balancing your availability to stakeholders for day to day activities and bringing new and innovative solutions to the team.

Ensure that solutions are high quality and tuned for optimum performance.

ย Excellent communication skills.

ย Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Requirements:

ย Salesforce Advanced Developer Certification.

ย Experience working in a multi-team Salesforce development environment.

ย 2+ years experience using Informatica.

ย Experience using Continuous Integration processes withย Salesforce.com.

ย Experience in the Telecommunications Industry.
