PRIMARY ROLE

The Commercial Sales Manager will be responsible for driving incremental growth, account management, product sales, and market feedback for assigned accounts in the Commercial recreational water treatment business sector to drive increased profitability and sales growth, while also exploring possible growth opportunities. The Commercial Sales Manager will also work with internal technical support, marketing, and product management teams as needed to address customer needs/opportunities.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Generate incremental sales growth with new and existing accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Account management for existing book of business including sales and technical support.
  • Weekly reporting functions to include SalesForce sales activity and opportunity entry, Concur expense reporting and assigned lead follow-up.
  • Interact with supportive functions to effectively manage the assigned territory.
  • Utilize the full suite of Solenis selling tools including SFDC, Tableau & Logility to maximize efficiency.
  • Provide market intelligence feedback to shape existing and future sales strategies.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing or in technical field e.g. Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
  • Minimum of 2-4 years in the water treatment sector.
  • Water chemistry knowledge required.
  • Must have demonstrated skills and success in both fact based and relationship selling.
  • Strong communication, presentation, organization and negotiating skills.

  • 50%
